Depending on the campaign or event you are supporting, the gift will be designated to the specific work stated in the materials related to that campaign.

For example—
Dallas’ Equal Access to Justice Campaign supports the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, a partnership between Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas and the Dallas Bar Association, providing legal services to eligible Dallas County residents with pro bono attorney volunteers.

Our Women’s Advocacy Awards, Builders of Justice Awards, Trivia Night, and any other events that Legal Aid sponsors go into general funds and are used to support the work of Legal Aid wherever those funds are needed most.

You can donate by making a tax-deductible gift of cash, securities, or other instruments. Cash can be given by check, money order, or by using our online giving portal with a credit or debit card, using the ACH feature, Venmo, or PayPal.

You can support legal services for low-income Texans by making a personal gift or by helping us connect with those you know who may also be interested in access to justice. Your gift and kind introductions can make a difference in the life of someone in a time of urgent need.
