Waxahachie Office Priorities & Community Involvement
The Waxahachie office of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas works with local organizations by attending community meetings and outreach events such as Kaufman Community Resource Coalition, Forever Families, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and The Center.
The Equal Justice Volunteer Program (EJVP) coordinator networks with local agencies that serve our client community by attending and participating in outreach events. Referrals to our office come from working with these local agencies, courts, and through our partnerships with the local family shelter and several agencies serving veterans.
The Waxahachie office also works closely with all Ellis and Kaufman area libraries to help us better serve the community.
