The Midland office of Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas works closely with various local organizations by attending community meetings and conducting regular outreach. These community partners include Hope for the Homeless, the Texas Workforce Commission, the Midland Victims’ Coalition, Midland County Veterans Court, Safe Place of the Permian Basin, Midland Fair Havens, and the Midland County Bar Association.
The Midland office collaborates closely with Casa de Amigos, Midland Senior Citizens Center, the Midland County Law Library, Safe Place of the Permian Basin, the Midland County Bar Association, and the Howard County Resource Center for client referrals and pro bono case placement; several of these organizations assist us by organizing and hosting civil legal clinics.
